The finest Italian, family run, closely guarded secret in Gillingham. If you have not eaten here then you have missed the best!! So what 's so clever? It 's the taste and flavours from little additions which turn a standard offering into something fantastic. Try any pasta: see what is created, the tastes are VERY different to the usual bland offerings. Try the tagliatelle Borgia: tagliatelle with garlic, panchetta shrimp, mushroom in a cream sauce topped with parmigiano and black pepper, with a touch of curry powder, or the Buffalo pizza with everything you can think of on it. These pizzas are simply an elevation of a simple stock item to Michelin masterpieces. We love consistency and perfectly cooked squid rings, succulent, not tough. Daily changing specials and deserts as well as generous a la carte . You will not go hungry here, and may leave with some of your pizza in a box!! House wines are similarly well above the ordinary. Why would they let you drink ordinary with such food? It is simply not this family 's way. Ok, compliment my choice later!!
