It seemed like the potatoes were spoiled and there were a lot of unpleasant bits. As someone who has worked in a fish and chips shop for years, I was surprised that they were served. Additionally, the oil seemed old and in need of changing.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, some people just can't be satisfied.
