I ordered two pizza's one hand tossed and one deep pan. I picked my ordered up and after I got home I seen they made two hand tossed pizza's. So I called and got sent to a call center, after about 20 minutes on hold the call center said they had to connect me to the store I got my order from.. another 20 minutes on hold, I asked for them to just reimburse me the $1 extra I was charged for the deep pan. We enjoy stopping into Pizza Hut for a quick lunch. Always good food, great service, friendly staff.
This Pizza Hut location in Harrisburg was amazing!! I went thru the drive thru maybe 10 minutes before closing after coming into town late from working. I got a whole family meal and it was still hot and fresh and the workers were still nice and helpful even though you know they had to be ready to just go home! Good job!! ?
