Quite literally the slowest Dunkin' I have ever encountered. Waiting in an unmoving line for over 20 minutes is not an acceptable experience, and it should be addressed.
The dunkin donut here is pretty good though depending on the time of day your wait time can vary. But when there isn't too much traffic they generally get out your order as fast as possible. They also get your order accurate too. If you ask for extra mochaor extra anything they'll do it (for extra cost) but they won't forget.
