What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I was there about 30 minutes ago. The service was slow. I ordered 4 Soft Shell Tacos and an order from Nacho-Fritten. With a drink. After I sat in the snake for almost 20 minutes, I got my food. Usually they get my order right so I never see it home. But this time I came home and I got the Nacho-Fries. They also gave me some beans Burrito, which I did not ask and a hard shell taco. WTH is. I specifically requested no lettuce on my tacos, but they didn't pay attention to my order. They should consider themselves lucky that I'm not allergic to lettuce, or they could have been facing a serious lawsuit.
I have to confess that I don't usually visit Taco Bell, but if I had to choose one location, I would definitely come here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the front area has been completely remodeled and is well-maintained.
The cashier at the window was quite rude and unfriendly. When I asked several questions, she looked at me as if I were foolish and didn’t bother to respond. It was 11:05 a.m., and the food was disappointing. The two burritos and the chalupa were all cold. The breading on all three items was also cold. Additionally, they claimed that one of my three drinks wasn’t charged, so I ended up paying an extra $2.54 for a small tea, which was overly sweet and undrinkable. The extra meat I paid for on the chalupa was completely missing. The cashier essentially tossed my change into my hand after I paid for the tea. This isn't the first time I’ve experienced rudeness or incorrect orders at this Taco Bell. The spicy chicken burrito contained only four small pieces of chicken and five spicy nacho strips, leaving it feeling very lacking. It was wrapped to look substantial, but the contents were minimal. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell!
I ordered from the drive-thru and was dumb not checking my order until I got home. After spending over $30 half of my order was missing and what was there was wrong. When I tried calling they repeatedly answered the phone and hung up. I never got to evenspeak to anyone.
UPDATE 7/19/22 I visited here 7 months ago and in hopes of being able to once again enjoy this particular Taco Bell. I was wrong. The lobby is still closed. I believe that having the lobby closed excuses the workers to slack. There is no way easy totake the food back; otherwise, I would have. This is some of what I ordered: Crunch-wrap meal and three supreme tacos. Look atthe pictures of how the tacos looked ? no tomatoes, limited meat and how about that sour cream... Maybe they could have given memore meat if they gave me less sauce! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE YOU DON'T EITHER 7 MONTHS AGO The younggirl there didn't want to help me with the kiosk yet proceeded to tell me that I didn't know how to do it. Not only that sheacted like I was ignorant when I asked what a chalupas was. Never going here again
