When I tell you that this place is a gem....you better believe it. Nice folks. I had the ultimate Sandwhich and it was lovely, packed with meat and toppings. The salad my wife got was LOADED. The Homemade Lemonade was phenomenal. No complaints. I'm just mad it took me a year to finally try them. View all feedback.
What D doesn't like about Sub Station Ii:
Perplexed as to all the high ratings. 2 stars only because the employees were very friendly, but the sub was not good. From the northeast and ordered The Ultimate — poor quality turkey, ham, roast beef and cheese. Fair roll. Will not return. View all feedback.

I ordered a salad and they use ice berg lettuce So I didn’t really like that. And their meat looks and taste like it’s $1 from Walmart… my opinion

I went there Wednesday and Saturday after last going to a Sub Station II in the mid 80s at Shaw AFB. The staff was friendly and the subs were very good.
We just love Sheila and her entire crew! Her brother Derrick n our family go back 40+ years so I would NEVER say anything bad…but honestly they have the BEST subs in Charleston. Also…Derrick works with toys for tots if you need donation info
