What User doesn't like about Samuel Adams Brew House:
I stopped in here before my flight and ordered some breakfast. Food wasn’t horrible, but it was just OK. Too be honest this place is probably more of a beer and lunch restaurant, hence the name, so I wasn’t that surprised. At least it gives you some options once you get through security. It's fantastic for an airport, especially during the October season!
Elizabeth provided excellent service, but unfortunately I became extremely sick after eating the "pimento cheese dip with Ritz crackers" that I had ordered. I thought I was enjoying it before my flight. Store ID #14728.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I was waiting with my group for 10 minutes and the server never came to take our order. Instead, he started serving another customer who had just walked in, completely ignoring us. It took forever for him to count the money and open or close tabs. The restaurant really needs employees who understand the value of time and customer service. If they don't have experienced staff, they should either close down or hire people who can provide good service and appreciate their employees. In contrast, when we went to Desano, the service was amazing with a wonderful lady attending to us.

Heather was my bartender and I knew that I should’ve turned around when I saw her interaction with the guest before me. But she isn’t a pleasant person at all. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it ..is what I was taught. I didn’t like my beer and wanted to change it because of the taste complex. She said she would have to find a manager but it was clear she didn’t want to. I mentioned it twice. I personally fly a lot. I will never come back to this bar for a pre-flight drink. I’m in food and beverage myself so the service was mediocre. So yes I forced a beer down that I didn’t want because I wasn’t gonna waste $15.95. Thanks for reading.
