What User doesn't like about Rusty Bull Brewing Co. (north Charleston):
The gentleman hosting trivia was great! A young bartender with an earring and glasses took my order. My meal was $21.72 or 21.62 and I handed him $22. I waited for my change when he started taking another order. When I asked for my change he snarkily replied Oh we dont give change . I was really bothered by his attitude. Halfway through my meal a cockroach scurried across the booth towards my friend. View all feedback.
The handicap parking space was obstructed by Cornhole boards, which is a clear violation of ADA regulations. Moreover, I discovered a bone in my chicken sandwich. Given these issues, as well as the fact that the other patrons were rude, petty, and disrespectful, I won't be returning to this restaurant.
The staff was outstanding and very helpful. They had an extensive selection of beers. It’s a fun place with food, games, and sports on TV. What more could you ask for? I would definitely come back!
I wouldn’t recommend this place for large groups or corporate events. We left feeling insulted and quite dissatisfied.
Nice local brewery in downtown Charleston. Staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Stefan bartender was especially accommodating
There is no table service here. You order at the bar which isn’t great for larger parties. We decided to leave since we’re all pretty tired of paying higher prices for little or no customer service.
