Pizza Hut - North Charleston

Best to go pizza in area, drive from Goose Creek past 2 other Pizza Hutts to get pizza. Way better than the 2 in Goose Creek. Round pan pizza, delicious.

I had the worst food service experience of my life. I saw the ratings on Google and thought, surely a pizza place can't be that bad. I really should have heeded the reviews. We ordered a pizza, and after waiting an hour, we started checking on the status of our order. After being put on hold and redirected six times, we decided to cancel our order. I rarely write reviews, but the customer service was so disappointingly mediocre that I half expected to see it parodied on Comedy Central. It seems that heating a pizza and delivering it in a timely manner is too much to ask for some people. It’s no wonder the staff at this place is working at Pizza Hut—at least those with such low standards are in a role with minimal responsibilities. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here; you’d have a better time grabbing a bite at Denny's or even rummaging through a garbage bin. It would be a far more enjoyable experience than ordering from this pizza place. Rant over!

The personal pizza was fantastic. The vegetables were fresh, and the cheese was wonderfully gooey when I pulled the slices apart.

I typically don't have any issues with this restaurant, but they really messed up my order this time. I ordered a pizza with cheese, pepperoni, half tomato and mushroom, and the other half with sausage. Before leaving, I checked my order but didn't do it thoroughly enough. When I got home, I discovered they had given me two cheese pizzas, one of which had all the toppings piled on one side. They did give me my paprika, but I only realized the mistake with the toppings once I got home. So, be sure to double-check your pizza before you leave!
