Panera Bread - North Charleston

Staff could be friendlier or at least act like you care. Food was good.

We placed an order and had it delivered. I had a cream of chicken and wild rice soup and while I was eating it there was a piece of wood in it. We all know their food for the most part isn't freshly made so they said it came from the factory like that. In order to get a full refund I would have to call Doordash for it. Panera didn't seem worried or apologetic for the incident. I will not visit this location again.

I placed an order for a tomato soup with a baguette, grilled cheese with chips, and a ginger ale… I got tomato soup, and two slabs of soft bread with cheese between. Thats it. Everything else was missing. The soup was decent but that grilled cheese?? I am disappointed in Panera.

Typical Panera Bread. Food is good. Never really crowded here. Interior is still in really nice condition. This is a newer store.

Went through the drive thru and was asked to wait for my order in curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes and still my order had not been brought to my car. Decided to go inside to ask for a refund. The Manager told me I had to wait because the whole staff was working. Rude, unprofessional and unacceptable.
