Contribute Feedback What john s doesn't like about La Hacienda Mexican:
Saw the Enchiladas De Mole, saw the picture in the menu and something entirely different came out that was apparently supposed to be the thing I ordered. Beyond that the radio and TV are so loud that it was genuinely uncomfortable for my ears to be in there, had to put in my headphones just to deaden the environment. Server was attentive and great though, so at least you'll get great service. View all feedback.
I watched Netherlands vs. Ecuador there and the atmosphere and food was awesome!
The food here is tasty and the prices are fair but the service is TERRIBLE. I've been to this location before and each time the service has been bad. Last night, our waitress, Nancy was very rude and seemed overwhelmed and unhappy with her job. I wont be returning to this location as I don't want to feel like I'm a burden to your employees.
Mario and Oscar gave the best food service I’ve ever received!
Our experience here was terrible. We walked up and 4+ employees sitting outside smoking just stared at us. We had to ask if we could be seated. We sat in the rear patio and it was very dirty: dirty floor, food and receipts on the floor. We ordered and expressed the importance that we needed no cheese or dairy on any of the food due to allergies. What used to be is no longer. The food quality has gone from good to poor. The food quantity has been reduced (less bang for the buck). The wait staff seemed less than thrilled to be of service. Disappointed!
