Domino's Pizza - North Charleston

Placed an order for delivery online. I called an hour and half later about my order, only to find out they don't do delivery and then they lied claiming they called me to, only to tell me my order was cancelled. I was like my debit card was charged (found out later it wasn't, Thank God), they were like it will drop off on Monday, and hung up before I could ask any more questions. Called back and a young man answered and I like I need to speak to the store manger, he told they didn't have one right now, and I was like I need to speak to the store manager, he was like, their not there. I was I need to speak to someone from corporate, that's when he puts Lindsey on the phone, who happens to be the store manager on the phone. She was no better than the employees, just RUDE as hell. So they have liars and rude employees and store manager. They don't do delivery, yet the option is available online. (They claim claim corporate already knows and haven't done anything about it). I would rate this place a damn 0 if I could. That location is a hub for tourist, they need to have better employees and mangers working here. No Southern Hospitality at this Domino's!!?

Great food when it comes fresh. Almost every time I order from here, it takes HOURS to get my food. It's absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend ordering the delivery from this site.

I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant. I called in an order, and the staff member who was working tonight was really rude and unhelpful. He kept hanging up on me after I tried to call a few times. I simply wanted to inquire about my order, but he was disrespectful and unpleasant. I've always enjoyed Domino's, but after this experience, I'm not sure if I’ll return. If I could give a rating of 0, I definitely would.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. I even saw a pest crawling across the wall. There were empty boxes spread all over the kitchen floor. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes, and no one has answered the phone despite it ringing off the hook. I'm in complete shock. I will never order from this place again.

Majes was fantastic and truly exemplifies what great management should be. Even though we arrived later than planned and he was working solo, he took excellent care of us and was very courteous. If we lived in the area, we would certainly come back to this restaurant. I really appreciate his efforts to ensure we had a wonderful meal, and I hope his outstanding customer service gets the recognition it rightfully deserves.
