Cook Out - North Charleston

Cook only left on the orchestra rd 8/1/22, at 13:50 , spend 15.24 for a limonade that was not sweet on all 3 wobble rings, I mean 3. and a chicken sandwich that was disgusting. if I hadn't been in traffic and hadn't gone so far, I would have taken this food back and reconciled it. that was the first time I ever had dinner with such a disgusting one. never again this place.

Kinda hit or miss with this location. And today was another miss! Most the cheese bites were over fried and were just breading. Forgot one whole tray and didn't even take the order correctly. It's like a magical mystery tour of employees at this location!

The drive thru service was fast and efficient. The food was fresh and hot. Milkshakes seem to have gone downhill over time. There was no greeting, the young lady at the window just swung open the window and yelled out my total.

I don't ever have any problems from this cookout but idk if the young lady (Aspen) I believe was her name, working drive thru is having a bad day or she wants to use her job. She was definitely rude, and impatient. We had to repeat our order numerous times to her cause she kept messing it up. When she gave us our food, she dumped it in the bag no holders just everything dumped together. I'm disappointed smh.

This place is pathetic! 1- Today I ordered a burger and a shake at 2:20 PM. Only one person in front of me, wasn 't given my order until 2:34 PM. Person in front had 1 drink and a small bag (like mine) for food. 2- Before ordering, I specifically asked if the cheese was real cheddar or American processed. The answer was they serve both. So I ordered a regular cheddar burger real cheese. (Not value sized) 3- The small Burger had about 5 drops of American cheese on it, and it was cold (after waiting 14 minutes) The employee told me it was liquid cheddar . (See picture) 4- According to the manufacturer, here are the ingredients in liquid cheddar : The ingredients include cheese whey, modified food starch, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, Cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, sodium phosphate, salt maltodextrin, vinegar, MSG, mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, natural flavors, and artificial colors. Certainly NOT real cheese! 5- When asked why the service took so long for a cold, small burger, the employee answered flippantly she didn 't know. Never again!!
