Bojangles' - North Charleston

The best roasted chicken in any condition I had it. This place is no exception. The French fries here are very good. Very busy at noon, but it was a reasonable time to wait.

Great restaurant! The lady in the window was very polite. We had a nice conversation and that's no longer known, nice people, that's... but she'll make a big STORE MANAGER. Thank you. I will come back

Waiting was long for big orders and the need to freeze more wings. Customer service was great

I went here a while back to get food for me and my mother and they said I had to wait 15 minutes for fresh wings so I told him yes I will wait even though they try to get me to get breast and legs and stuff but I said no I'll wait 15 minutes so I'll waitfor 15 minutes when I got to my got my food and I got to my final destination which is my mother's house that day my mama said the wings were hard and the fries with stale. My suggestion is when a customer ask for certain items and you don't have itplease make sure everything is fresh and done right that's customer service

This is the fourth time they have messed up my order???????????? missing food and saw them giving my order to another customer who ordered a lesser amount then my order. Second time they have been out of sweet tea completely . Word to the wise check yourorder !!! They will short change you and keep your food .
