If you like soul food and low country cuisine, Bertha’s is where it’s at. There will probably be a line, and it is located further north on the peninsula away from the tourist areas. That said the food at Bertha’s is phenomenal, you can’t go wrong with the fried chicken, fish, Mac n cheese, red rice, and much more. I’ve never seen a menu posted, but the staff was very friendly and happy to explain the menu to guests.... View all feedback.
