What S K doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
The staff was very impolite, shouting directions all at once. Instead of setting out my drink and chips with my takeout order, they made me get them myself. One worker at the register even told me to "do it yourself". I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. View all feedback. What User likes about Jimmy John's:
The sandwiches are large and delicious, especially with the whole grain bread. The online ordering process is convenient - simply place your order, pick it up 20 minutes later, and pay at the counter. View all feedback.

Terrible service. The guy behind the counter made us bag our own sandwiches, and reach over the back counter to get our own napkins and acted like I was stupid...
