Dunkin' - North Canton

I've given this Dunkin so many chances because it is the nearest one to my house and by the highway but I've reached my last bit of sanity with this place. Awful customer service, drinks are rarely made good enough to drink, soggy hashbrowns or hashbrownsthat taste like cleaning solution, insane wait times. Just do yourself a favor and go to Tremont or Starbucks.

The manager this morning (dark haired younger lady who did not give us a name) made us drive a drink back and accused us of lying for a free drink!! I had to turn around at Tuscawarus and literally bring a drink back because your manager this morningwas so worried about the color of the drink. A pumpkin chai latte is not worth all the hassle. I asked her for a districtmanager number and she gave me the measly store email. Reported to corporate in hope the franchisee owner sees and corrects theemployee with disciplinary action. Since when do you accuse customers of lying for a free drink and make them drive a drink backto see the color?? I'll give the team member Molly a good review because she actually felt bad and wanted to help us out. Maybeshe should be your next shift lead and not the woman who was running the show this morning.

Very rude to customers and especially rude towards Delivery Partners. They're just spiteful beyond belief. We're all customers and workers trying to make money to support ourselves a d family. Be nice it will make your day go better, I promise????

Walked in to pick up an order, was never acknowledged, even as she was packaging the order right in front of me. Whatever happened to basic customer service?

Staff is nice and friendly. Donuts are consistently delicious. However, they are usually unable to complete my order without some substitutions for what I really want. But I?ll definitely return and I recommend this location
