What amanda lu doesn't like about Wendy's:
Ordered a 10 peice spicy and received what looked like childre size nuggets, which I know is not a thing. Literally half the size of regular nuggets for the same price. The first one I pulled out was cute and funny, the next 9 where not cute and funny. View all feedback.
The staff was really rude and the manager and her employee at the drive-through sat there and talked about me while I could hear them.
I was there Thursday I got the spicy asiago chicken sandwich I got half way through my sandwich and it was completely raw omg I was soo horrified
This Wendy 's, especially the young man at the front counter, always tries their best and does well considering the wrap around drive thru most evenings. Sometimes we go in, just to see if we can 'beat ' the car we would have been behind in the drive thru. Here 's why I subtracted two stars the prices have gone way way too high. Don 't you dare use the excuse of 'supply chain issues ' or 'staffing problems '...the PRODUCT HAS NOT CHANGED, yet the price of most combos is $11 ish dollars. No way in HELL is a Wendy 's combo worth that. When they reached the $7 mark, I started ordering the 4 for $4. Wendy 's get a grip, or that drive thru line will only be ordering the 4 for $4 deal. If you get rid of that, you may fail.
This was one of the cleanest Wendy's I've been to in a long time. The cashier was super cool and had a welcoming smile. My kids placed their order, and it was ready to go within a few minutes. The food was hot and fresh.
The app is easy to use and I usually only get the baconator sandwich. Love it.
