Dunkin' - North Canton Green

An old lady with dark grey hair took my order inside. She began the interaction with saying Can I help you very rudely after I spent some time looking at the menu. As I ordered she had a nasty look on her face, and she then gave me the wrong donut. I politely said Im sorry I wanted the vanilla cream donut. After that she rolled her eyes and angrily threw the donut away, and proceeding to throw the new donut at me and said Is that it. This is not the first time this worker has been rude. Her attitude is awful, and as fast food manager myself, I know this behavior is not acceptable. I would like her position revoked.

Class act. Great drive-thru service. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Coffee tastes great! I always stop when I can.

I usually like this place, but lately I've noticed that the coffee has been burnt the last 3-4 times I've gone here. Other than that everything is good, staff is always friendly and nice, service is fast.

Love the fresh donuts. Coffee is better than starbucks.

Ordered 12 donuts but they couldn't fit 12 in a box so they gave me 11. Literally watched it happen at the drive thru. So the workers there proved that they are dishonest and deliberately bad at their jobs. Make sure you always check your food before you leave this location. Or better yet avoid it. This happens all the time here and when I called in they acted like giving me what I already paid for was they doing something special.....what a joke.
