I waited for 15 minutes and noticed that three other customers who arrived after me were served before I was. While I stood there, I kept hoping my food would come out, but it didn’t. I only visit when you have great deals and promotions, but the food is really excellent!

I would rate them 4 stars because the food is still good, but the portions have changed. I've been eating at Sarku Japan in Bridgewater Mall since the 90s, and I used to get double chicken without any extra charge. Now, they charge for double, but the portion I'm getting is still regular-sized, which is disappointing.
When I first bought the Bento Box in 2011, it was so delicious! After the last days it was not so good. I don't know what happened to the cook that made it, but it's mediocre. The shrimps are a little soggy and taste like something that would make a novice. I wasn't here, but that reminds me why I didn't come here often. The only thing that is decent is the already made Shrimp Tempura.
No dine-in available. Had to take-out eat in my car. It's not 2020 anymore. Let me know when I can eat onsite and I'll return. Food was however delicious.
