I think the easiest thing to say is that people ACTUALLY ATE our wedding cake. The cake was delicious, it was not dry or excessively heavy, the freezing was amazing and it was just as we ordered it. During tasting they had a lot of choices, many great pictures for us to choose designs and were able to help us get a cake that meets our needs. I have to say that I was disappointed in the cupcakes. I stopped there the day before Thanksgiving on a whim to get some cupcakes to bring to someone’s house for dinner. I purchased a box of 6 cupcakes already made up, decorated very nicely on top with fall decorations. They were $30. And yet on the website they advertised a box of six cupcakes for about $22. My husband and I used JCakes for our wedding last month. We worked with Hope throughout the planning process and she was so sweet and easy to work with! We ended up doing a cupcake tower with a small cake for us to cut as well as some mini desserts instead of a traditional wedding cake. Everything was DELICIOUS!! We chose the cannoli flavor for our cupcakes/cake and it was one of the best I have ever had. I still have people complimenting how amazing the desserts were. I will definitely be using them in the future!
We had carrot cake from JCakes for our wedding day! It was so delicious and people were saying how they would go up for more pieces after there 1st! The cake was just beautiful and came out exactly how we wanted it! The staff was prompt, kind and professional! I would highly recommend JCakes!

JCakes provided the cake for our recent wedding in Branford and it was absolutely perfect! Every detail from the design execution to the cake flavors was flawless. JCakes is a hidden gem in CT!! I’m upset I didn’t discover them sooner! I love love loveee JCakes!! JCakes literally won my heart over with the beautiful cake they made for our wedding! JCakes made my whole envision of our wedding cake come true! JCakes truly knows how to ensure your wedding is magically with their cakes! I still have people asking where our wedding cake is from! The JCakes team were great wonderful to work, making the wedding planning so much easier! 1000/10 experience definitely will be returning back!!
