I’ve been gluten free for 5 years now. Not out of choice may I add. Pizza has been limited and missed. Up to this point it was store bought or Modern pizza. All not bad, but still lacking dough wise. Bobby’s is the FIRST place I’ve had that isn’t using a store bought crust, that actually make the dough so that it is a real fresh made pizza. 30 years after Bobbys. Always delicious!! Now that my husband has been gluten-free for 12 years, they make the best GF pizza everywhere!
As for me, this is the best pizza in CT. If they are in New Haven, they would probably be mentioned next to Sally's, Pepe's and Modern.
Great pizza. Probably not getting the recognition it deserves.
