What MomDtr doesn't like about Pinewood Restaurant:
I have previously stayed at this restaurant for business and enjoyed the lunches and dinners. However, I cannot say the same for this visit. The gnocchi was large and rubbery, definitely not homemade, although the sauce was good. The Cobb salad was just okay and the soup was not tasty. Had supper here with a group. I had the striploin with peppercorn sauce...very tasty, steak done nicely although would have preferred a thicker cut. Others in my party enjoyed the ribs and Hunter Chicken. A nice atmosphere and tasty, quality food at a price that surprised me...I was expecting to have to pay more.
