It's like North Bays own Hell's Kitchen, for casual fine dining. They have TV's everywhere and they live stream the kitchen staff. From Apps to Entrees and desserts. The food and service were excellent. Our meal was $74 we paid $124 with our tip. The tips go towards student educational trips. Well done everyone Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

This place is a real treat if you're looking for a five star lunch or dinner, as long as you're okay with planning well in advance. It's situated inside the Canadore campus as part of their Culinary Arts program and everyone working there is a member of the program, from servers to chefs. The only downside is that it is one of the worst kept secrets in North Bay and typically as soon as dates for each semester are made available, they're booked up within a couple of days. If you are able to get a reservation or happen to know someone that works at the college, make sure you go here at least once. These are mostly kids looking to make a career in the food industry and you'll get to have an awesome meal at a reasonable price and feel good about supporting these kids in their education. The people running the program do an excellent job training the chefs and servers and should be commended as well.
