I had the chicken parm and my wife had the seafood linguine and both were excellent. Both were served hot and were delicious. The soup was served hot and the salad was fresh! Service was excellent! Restaurant is clean and felt co-vid safe. Will definitely eat here again! EC View all feedback.
What Nadine B doesn't like about East Side Mario's:
The customer service was good and the portions were large (enough for 2 meals). The spicing for Hells Kitchen and the Build Your Own Pasta was not what we have had from other East Side Mario's chains. The portion size of the vegetables in the Build Your Own Pasta was minimal. Very loud and energetic atmosphere, not a place for intimate dining
Although very loud as Should be expected, we had an excellent meal with attentive staff who anticipated our needs in a timely manner!
The service was great, and prices are getting a little higher
The food was good but the prices have gone up. The waitress was great.
We got there and was told that we could not be seated eventually we were seated.at first even thou we had made a reservation for a birthday party and that other that where there had to occupy the tables as interact was down but yet there was an atm at the door, took over 20 minutes to get water to the table and we rarely seen our waitress during the entire time there would not recommend theirs to anybody really horrible experience
