I always visit subway on weekends. I just wanna appreciate one employee may be name as Man prit. she is so kind and respectful for customers. I saw it was pretty much busy from last few days because of tournaments but I noticed her she is very calm and good young girl. So wanna appreciate her by review. I gave $5 tip as well. Waved us away 15 minutes before closing time. Hours need to be updated.
Poor customer service. Had a huge order of 9 subs and felt as though we annoyed the staff and was rushed out. Our toasted subs were cold in the middle!! When specific ingredients were requested a “really?” Was the response!!! Poor service for blended families, and this is definitely not to all subways. As I had awesome service at other locations close to home.
Was in today, when we ordered the employee took our bread off the shelf and dropped the rest or the loafs on the floor, then picked them up and put them back on the shelf!!!!! Please please train your Employees in food safety!!!
We came for lunch and the woman serving us was rude to us and an elder served right after us. Very disappointing, I hope she doesn't wonder why no one is tipping.
