Fuji Sushi - North Battleford

I stopped by this little shop while passing through North Battleford. We ordered calamari, tempura, sushi rolls, and spring rolls. The calamari was quite chewy and not very enjoyable, but the other dishes were tasty. The prices were reasonable, and the sushi tasted fresh. Our server, a friendly young Japanese man, had limited English skills, but he was very attentive and did an excellent job. The food arrived at different times, but we received everything we ordered. The sushi was quite good—not the best I've ever had, but definitely worth the price I paid. If I'm ever craving sushi again, I would certainly come back here.

Sushi and North Battleford don't typically go together but Fuji Sushi is pretty great no matter what city it's in. It stays fairly busy so hopefully it stays open for a long time.

Very good for a small town. Rice well seasoned, good fish, would come back. Hot sake could be cheaper.

The service was excellent! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The rolls were surprisingly good for a Japanese restaurant in North Battleford. I highly recommend trying the dragon roll!

I absolutely love Fuji Sushi! The staff is incredibly friendly, and there are plenty of delicious snacks and meals to choose from. For appetizers, I highly recommend the chicken karaage, seaweed salad, spring rolls, and crab salad. When it comes to rolls, the dragon roll and the Vancouver roll are both outstanding. As for drinks, the bubble tea is fantastic—definitely try the taro or coconut flavors. Be sure to check out this local gem!
