Ate at an IHOP in Holland Ohio. We had the worst service ever. I actually took the time to make a complaint with the General Manager. She sent a few cards for meals, I wasn't sure I'd ever use them. I'm glad I did Stacy was a great waitress and redeemed the company with great View all feedback.

If I we're the owner an had to spend as much time responding to this many **** poor reviews I would clear the roster an start from scratch this is ridiculous, I'm here now it says on line there open but the gate is not and it's 7:13 am View all feedback.

EVERYTHING CLOSED AT 9 PM.Please tell me how come a truck stop closes every food place early? A driver needs to eat.
I ate there once when they first opened up and everything was great! Don 't expect that there anymore. They insist you wait to be seated I just stood in the register are for 20 minutes waiting to be seated. Several waitresses made ey contact and kept going.I mentioned it to the cashier in the truckstop and even she said service there has gotten terrible!
Best truck stop in Ohio people are nice and they got good food too
This was nice for breakfast. Easy, laid-back and def not hungry when we left.
