The girl at the window is super rude. Her name is Amaly. We were trying to order and speak to her because we barely come to Panera to order and she was just flat out rude. Won’t be back to this location Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I havent had Panera Bread in a very long time so I figured I’d stop by for lunch. Although the prices have gone up like everywhere else, I enjoyed my Meal. Chai tea latte with a Bacon Turkey Bravo. Service was quick, the food was tasty, the manager asked how everything was, and the place looked clean. The atmosphere was nice with medium to quiet music in the background. I would come back to this location again. Service: Dine in
Probably the worst Panera bread I've ever had The misfortune of visiting. I go to two large group soups for about a $54 total order and the way they were packed when I got out of the car apparently the soups leaked and the bag got wet and everything's spelled out on the floor. I immediately called the restaurant let them know what happened and they asked me to send them photographs of the incident. My car has a black interior and the soups did not show on the picture so I took it out of the car and put them on the ground in front of the car. The assistant manager who is working at the time called me a liar. I then called the toll free number for Panera bread .I was told that somebody from the restaurant's management team would be getting back to me with the resolution. That never happened. Today more than a week later I went to the restaurant spoke to the general manager who had me waiting 15 minutes to talk to her it was told that she had a research the problem. Curly ridiculous if there's another Panera bread close by go to them but definitely avoid this location. SMH
