Waffle House - North Augusta

Food was great and made quickly. But Waitress Dominique was rude from the moment I walked in. I showed respect towards her the entire time but did not receive the same back. Smart remarks were made the entire time. Was not greeted nor smiled at but when an elderly white couple sat close by, they were apologized to and greeted VERY nicely with a smile. Do what you will with that info. Dominique was angry that I also asked for a to go order.

The food was well prepared but the service was lacking. Our waitress never came back to check on us and I had to ask another waitress about a missing food item and refills.

Tia is an exceptional waitress!! Great Service and food was served quickly. Could ask for a better meal.

I'll never eat there again, IHOP is your better choice.

Our experience tonight at this special location was amazingly refreshing! the cook and the server cleaned during the waste time, and I honestly never saw personally that whatever at any other waffelhaus location I have ever visited. the personal in its totality was friendly, and offered a smile, and not because they need to, I do not write reviews often, only when it deserves, and this place deserves to know that they have an amazing work. we will definitely only come to this place when they visit the wh our next visit. kudos, wh!
