I wasn't expecting fine dining here, but I also wasn't expecting such terrible service.

The appetizer quesadillas were overcooked. The server was kind, but seemed to be serving a lot of tables at once.

We waited for 1 hour before we seated. None of waitress would wait on us at all. Only one waitress came back to serve us Thank You Tim you were great. Amy I did not appreciate how you did not show us any hospitality at all, it really trigged my Grandfather PSTD. My grandfather severed in Military even though this is military friendly it did not show at all. Amy before you judge a book by it 's cover you really should have a conversation first.

It was a disappointment from start to finish, from the unfriendly hostess to the lackluster food. When we arrived, we had to wait for the hostess to appear, and when she finally did, her greeting was a brief and unenthusiastic three words. The booth we were seated at had one side completely exposed to blinding sunlight, forcing us to lower the shades ourselves. It took a while for our waitress, Breanna, to take our order. While she was friendly, she lacked professionalism. We decided to try the salad bar, but everything we tried seemed to be lacking in flavor. The crackers were so salty they were almost bitter. The only soup option available was broccoli cheese, and it took a long time to arrive. When we asked about the soup of the day, vegetable beef, we were told it was not available because they had run out, even though it seemed to be the soup of the day every day. We had to ask for refills multiple times throughout the meal. Overall, for a total of $18.16 including tip, the experience was incredibly disappointing. For that price, the soup, salad, and water should have been exceptional, but unfortunately, everything fell short of expectations. My meal was barely above being considered awful.

The fries were undercooked as well and honestly the whole meal was awful. Which was surprising because my food is almost always perfect at this location.
