Swear it happens everytime, almost thinking that the staff doesn't want you to be happy and intentionally withholds sauce or something. Pretty bizarre, wish they would stop stealing my money and not giving me what I paid for. I greatly delight in Bojangies tho so I'll just suck it up and eat the dry tendies.

I ordered at the drive-thru and got a two-piece chicken dinner with double fries, along with a chicken supreme dinner with fries. I was told to pull forward and... read more I ordered at the drive-thru and got a two-piece chicken dinner with double fries, along with a chicken supreme dinner with fries. I was told to pull forward and wait for fresh fries, which I didn't mind at first. However, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes while several other cars received their orders ahead of me. Eventually, I decided to go inside, but the cashier just stared at me blankly. When I told her I had been waiting for my order for half an hour, she rolled her eyes and muttered something to her coworkers. About three minutes later, she brought out my food—no apologies, no explanation, not a word. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
