Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo had to return the sausage egg and cheese biscuit because it wasn't even warm the biscuit was dry and falling ap... read more Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo had to return the sausage egg and cheese biscuit because it wasn't even warm the biscuit was dry and falling apart and you can clearly tell it was old. They did make another one but, the only thing hot on it was the egg. The cheese was ice cold, sausage wasn't even warm, biscuit still old. Very disappointed. The biscuits are supposed to be hot no matter what time of day you come in and order Bojangles is supposed to be home of chicken and biscuits they do not live up to their rep. Time to get the teens out and hire adults who actually care. Called the manager and asked politely what the reason was that my biscuit was cold and she advised they make them every 20 min. I explained that i had returned the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and still recieved a cold biscuit. She asked if id like it remade and I accepted. Hopefully ill get what I payed for this time. Manager was cordial. People pay money for food and are afraid to say anything due to fear of something being done to their food. I haven't been to this location in a while and they are usually pretty good I'm not sure what's going on today.

Rather than giving me the op... read more To be honest, I was not pleased. I ordered a simple 3 piece chicken meal. I was planning on getting a regular biscuit with my meal. Rather than giving me the option to accept or decline, two young ladies promptly had already placed a blueberry biscuit in my bag. They proceeded to tell me as they were handing my meal through the drive through window. They informed me that there were no more regular biscuits and it would have been a ten minute wait. Mind you this was around 3:00 pm, on a not busy weekday. I wasn't familiar with the name of the biscuit when I asked what it was they substituted they both appeared to get irritated with my question. i.e. attitude. My point was I was not afforded the opportunity to decline and wait for a new batch of regular biscuits, they just placed it in my bag. Did they even consider I may have been allergic to blueberries. I had already paid, I was hungry and I needed to get my groceries home. It just amazes me how some of these younger kids just don't think or care what good customer service is. It definitely was not was it that day. I do a lot of reviews and rarely give a negative one this week. Customer service with fast food service has definitely lost it's understanding of good customer service I won't be returning.
