The food may be good but the staff in North Augusta gave the weakest Welcome to Firehouse I have ever heard. I mean, if you going to say it mean it. Other than that this place is normally great. Ladies and Gentlemen, say hello to the $20 sub meal, with a side of watered down mac n cheese topped with breadcrumbs that still had the flavor of the box they came out of. The sub was as good as they've always been, but they NO LONGER CARRY hot sauces....which....was what made firehouse subs, firehouse subs....so if you pull in here craving that spicy custom sub you've come to know and love....expect to leave here b... I visited this restaurant on November 14th at 6:30 PM and had the pleasure of interacting with three young employees. They kept me smiling during my wait for food, and it was definitely worth it!

I got the New York steamer. Good options for small, medium and large subs.
Last night was the first time I ever tried Firehouse, it won't be my last! Great food! I'll never touch Subway again!
