Bojangles - North Augusta

I recently moved back from Texas and have been to Bojangles a couple of times since there isn't one in Dallas yet. The manager of this location is fantastic! In a time when customer service is lacking, this guy is exceptional. He is friendly, ensures the food is fresh, and is just a good person. I believe his employees can learn a lot from him that will benefit them throughout life. I hope Bojangles realizes what a gem they have in him, and may God continue to bless him, his staff, and his family.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at this restaurant! The young man at the cash register was very friendly and patient as I took some time to decide what to order. As I was enjoying my lunch, I noticed another guy with a couple of bags for someone else. I had never tried one of those before, but always wanted to. I mentioned to him how good they looked and that I hoped to try one someday. To my surprise, he turned around and got one for me, generously adding extra icing and handing it to me, insisting I should have it. I was truly touched by his kindness and couldn't believe he went out of his way to make my experience special. The food was delicious and I even saved some for later. Overall, the service was exceptional and it was wonderful to see someone going the extra mile to make a customer happy.

The cashier was inexperienced and seemed confused. She mixed up orders and the signature dipping sauce was missing. The chicken strips were mediocre, tasting like they were from a freezer. When I mentioned the wet floor to an employee, she laughed and walked away.

The staff here was so friendly. The food was good and served hot. My kids enjoyed it.
