Contribute FeedbackBertuccis has seen a decline in quality and service, leaving patrons disappointed. Once a favored dining spot, the restaurant's new ownership has led to a reduced menu and altered recipes that now resemble typical chain fare. Reports of chaotic environments, inadequate staffing, and cold or poorly prepared dishes have surfaced, contributing to a frustrating experience for guests. While some still enjoy the value and friendly service from certain staff members, inconsistencies in food quality and service levels have resulted in a loss of loyalty among frequent diners. Many are left longing for the Bertuccis they once adored.
Bertuccis eating has really gone downhill as it was bought by a new company. the menu is much smaller, but the thing that is so disappointing that it clearly changes the recipes on some of its clips. it now tastes like typical lukewarm chain restaurant eating. we loved it, but now will not be back.
How many restaurants they short serve for ever to have been eating was cold, as served to sit around before served us
Great food! I love eating here whenever I can. the cheese ravioli is one of the best!
Great food, poor service. The Pizza was out of this world.
Waitress was very slow…. The bread and oil was put on the table no utensils or plates.. We ordered salad didn’t get the salad until the meal came.. the salad and food came all at once. The waitress checked on us one time while we were there.
