Goldenseal Apothecary - North Andover

Gold Apothecary is a nostalgic explosion perfect for North Andover! This local, family-owned pharmacy and "Soda-Shop" has the best customer service, delicious milkshakes, nutella lattes, and great windows for people-watching. We love it!

Today was a fantastic experience! We visited the restaurant to get a flu shot and had a pleasant conversation with the friendly pharmacist. There was no wait time, and to our delight, we were given a complimentary smoothie and coffee from the charming old-style café. This kind of service is rare to find nowadays. We give this place two thumbs up for their unexpected and truly unique gesture. Excellent job!

The woman working at the soda station was extremely bothersome! There was no greeting, just a dirty look. The service was awful and so rude. I will never return.

Hathem is the smartest apotheker I've ever known. he is so understanding and polite and is always so timely to find difficult medicaments with which large chains do not want to deal. I came out of the big chain apotheke with the apotheker told me I had to call about 800 phone number to fix a problem when refilling a recipe. I told him. he had to call, not me. that was that I went to hate, I had all transferred my recipes and end all the problems. golden seal also takes over any insurance plan!

The customer service that is provided by every employee here is truly amazing!! I am so happy that I switched my family's prescriptions to their store. I moved out of town and I still will make the trip over to North Andover. They are worth it! Hats off to the staff and owner of Goldenseal Apothecary!! Bravo!
