Just watched a show called travel Moore and noticed the owner of Liberty bell in southie named Harry and then realized he has another restaurant, which I had no idea, so I am so pumped right now. I have been missing this place for years and years. My family and I were devastated when the South Boston one closed, so this just made my day! We Can’t wait to go there tomorrow! View all feedback.
What Max B doesn't like about Bella's Roast Beef:
I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, and I was shocked at how quickly it arrived—unfortunately, that was the only good thing about it. The bread was soggy, and the steak was rubbery. I definitely do not recommend dining here. My friends ordered the roast beef, and it was served cold even after they requested it toasted. Avoid Bella's at all costs. View all feedback.
The service was excellent, and their buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite. It's a fantastic place!
The food was incredible! I was pleasantly surprised by how great the fries were.
I've been to this place before and enjoyed some amazing roast beef sandwiches. However, the day North Shore Beefs announced they won the Final Four for the best, I decided to get a super beef, and it was a letdown. The beef was slightly overcooked, the bun-to-beef ratio was disappointingly low, and the bun wasn’t even grilled to a crispy texture—it was just plain bread that soaked up all the sauce. I’m giving it 3 stars because I've had better sandwiches here in the past, and their other food is quite good.
I honestly wasn’t a fan of roast beef sandwiches until I visited the North Shore and tried Bella's. It was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. Surprisingly, the BBQ sauce, which I typically don’t enjoy, was a wonderful mix of tangy and sweet, with just the right amount of heat at the end. I would gladly return anytime!
