So... read more This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I booked a table for a family birthday dinner, but we ended up waiting an hour and a half for our meal. Some of the items we ordered never arrived, and when we asked the waitress, she seemed completely confused and unable to help. To make matters worse, we were charged for dishes we didn’t even receive. It was incredibly frustrating having to repeatedly ask how much longer our food would take. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is short on time or dining with kids, as they waste both your time and money. I felt so embarrassed since it was a birthday celebration, and everyone noticed how poor the service was. The customer service staff seemed disorganized; for example, they told us we received 8 naans but charged us for 10. Instead of addressing our concerns, they ignored our feedback. They need to be more professional, listen to customers, and work on improving their service. Just because an order is takeout doesn’t mean dine-in customers should be made to wait so long. The name of the... read more My worst dining experience to date. The food was absolutely terrible and lacked any real flavor. I believe all their positive reviews are fake. The name of the restaurant is very misleading; this place is nowhere near an authentic South Indian restaurant. I nearly vomited after tasting my meal. When I questioned the awful taste, they admitted their focus is on attracting tourists and that the word "authentic" isn't in the name because otherwise, foreigners wouldn't come. The owners and management are dishonest, ruining the genuine dining experience by using a misleading name. I genuinely want to take legal action for this deception. It’s a shame they’re damaging the reputation of Indian cuisine. Update: I visited when they were open, though they have temporarily closed. The owner's comment about the restaurant being closed for 45 days and me possibly dining elsewhere doesn’t apply here—I know exactly where I ate. If you can't cook authentic Indian food, you shouldn't use such a name for your restaurant.
