Mcdonald's - North Adams

We were served half-cooked French fries and our drink was forgotten. When we asked about the drink, the staff member used an extremely rude term towards my mother. I reached out to the manager, but he insisted that his employees would never say something like that. I requested a refund because I don’t want to support a business that treats customers so poorly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he argued with me and even hung up the phone when I tried to discuss the issue! This was the second time I received undercooked fries; it was completely unacceptable!
