Taco Bell - Norman

During the day its generally good. Late at night, can not have food, card machine can not work and they can not take cash. I only know a taco bell, but the management has to keep a closer look at the late night shift.

This Taco Bell has the worst customer service ever. It was the worst experience that I had ever sat in my life, that I gave up my order, that they screwed it completely. I asked to talk to a manager, lied a girl and said she was the manager and basically said that there is nothing she could do for me. I was completely dissatisfied I would not recommend anyone eating in this facility! I tried to order breakfast 45 minutes before they serve breakfast and they said that they can't take my order they're lazy and it's completely chaps my Hyde

Our food ordered and my Taco Supremes were very bad quality. Very little meat, even less than their standards. Almost 1.00 for 2 pages Jalapeños and there were only 8 discs. Overall, the 25.00 expenditure was not worth. Food: 1/5

We ordered two 9's by the ride up. That was a Mexican pizza and two crispy deluxe tacos. One of our Mexican pizzas was in our bag on the head and looked like a bunch of garbage. The tacos were soggy and greasy. No good experience.?

I have never experienced anyone in customer service as rude as Shay at the Classen Blvd location. She was extremely disrespectful. I waited at the window of the drive though, until she left and asked the next employee who came to the window, what her name was. I have a professional job and take google reviews Seriously. This woman needs to be instructed on how to properly communicate with customers. I don’t know that I have ever been so disrespected in a fast food drive through as I was today! This is not ok under any circumstances. Will never go back to this location , ever!
