Taco Bell - Norman

The night staff are some of the coolest people. they know my partner and I with names and they are always friendly and ready to meet with us or sweat with us. they can not always get the order right, but their spiritual behavior makes it easy to look over. the day personnel, however, must be some of the most rude, unnecessarily imposing people I have ever met. they make them feel that they should not even come and have no problem to let them know that they don't like them. her rudeness is so amazing that you would almost not eat there. So all 4 of the stars of evaluation go to night staff, for if I had only ever experienced the day personnel I would give it a very simple 1 star.

They must make sure that the chaos is on the article they order! except that it was okay

I am so sorry to rate Taco Bell so low but the one I visited was on Lindsay and I am so saddened by the food they were serving. First no more TACO Salad in an Edible bowl which used to be one of my favorite things to eat there. So I decided on a Nacho Bell Grande. What a pathetic mess. The chips were not big and hot and delicious. They were most all broken, not big enough to get a good sized bite on and they were cold. They were priced just like they used to be when they were good... I definitely don't want to be going there anymore. A waste of my money. So bad to see all of these places falling down...and they are still open?!?! If I was a store mgr there, I'd be embarrassed to let people come in. Id say fix the problem or close the place!!

This is my go-to Bell in Norman but y’all should review proper sanitation with your employees. I watched homeboy ring up people with gloves on, accepting cash and touching the safe, then going to the kitchen to make food without changing gloves. That’s a ton of bacteria being put on my food. Great for wearing gloves but drastically diminishes the point if not changed between register and making food. 3 stars cause this location is way better than the others I’ve been to. Especially off 12th…. No Bueno….if you will. :D

Currently slow, unfriendly, broken soda machine (no sign), and this is when the inside is empty besides us. But, all food was hot, fresh, and tasty. They apologized for the slow response, the drive through was extra busy. So over all we got fed and we are happy.
