The customer service at this restaurant is amazing! I feel like part of the family when I dine here. The dining room is clean and open, and the pizza and chicken wings are great. They also have super sweet cinnamon rolls that are now my favorite. This is definitely my new favorite place to hang out. It's just as good as the other Pizza Hut locations I have been to. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I ordered delivery through the app and paid for it with a tip. The app notified me that the order had been delivered, but after calling the restaurant, they couldn't find it. There were no apologies, no refund, and no discount offered, just a promise that they would try to deliver it again. Two hours later, the food finally arrived, but it was not fresh and only lukewarm. I ordered the New Yorker pizza and brownies. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The delivery driver was very polite too. The Hut always delivers excellent service.
I placed an order for my pizza at 4:40pm with a scheduled delivery time of 5:15pm. However, it is now 6:15pm and my food still has not been delivered. I called the restaurant at 5:40pm to inquire about my order, and they informed me that the driver had left 20 minutes earlier and should be arriving soon. I am a frequent customer of this establishment, but recently I have noticed that the deliveries have been consistently late or items have been missing from my orders. Update: The food finally arrived at 6:25pm.
I ordered a 16-piece honey BBQ boneless wings for us. They arrived fresh, moist, and hot, but the sauce was a bit rich, so be prepared for that. They were ready curbside in just 15 minutes. The only downside was that they were a bit pricey at a little over $22.
This used to be my favorite pizza place…until it was turned over to untrained, rude follow the fat leader monkey’s! They charged us 20.00 for delivery, because the would not correct the medium cheese pizza they sent t…when we ordered a lg pepperoni half with black olives! They kept insisting it was Door Dashes fault and refused to correct the order or refund us, and kept, very maturely, I might add, picking up the phone and saying “Door Dash” then hanging up!We called corporate. Customer service there gave us a coupon for 2 lg free pizza’s, but kept what we had already paid, and we had to pay yet another delivery fee, so essentially…a free 1/2 of a large pizza. Nevertheless, we ordered, and ; hours later, exhausted, got the kids in bed and went to bed. Only to wake up to look at our statement and see they had charged us 20.00 for a delivery fee!!I landed! I will have Princess Pizza Huts job! She will know her real title of Borderline B—— , and I will be refunded my entire lost cost, and I am spreading the word.BEWARE! SCANDALOUS AS CAN BE!
Do not support this business, in sales or employment. The store on 12th ave in Norman, OK is a relationship based business, Katrinka(RGM will not hold anybody accountable for not doing there job and not having things ready for the next shift. I was wrongfully terminated in October after reporting being bullied to Robin(area supervisor . She didn 't believe me and when I asked for Robin 's bosses phone number she refused to give it to me until the next day when she fired me. Robin didn 't care about or believe anything I had to say about being bullied, I was a loyal, honest, clean, and long-time employee. The managers wash there hands after making food instead of before making food, that 's disgusting. Katrinka is related to Haley( CSR who is In a relationship with Owen( Assistant manager who is very, very close to Katrinka(RGM and Robin(area supervisor is trying to hide the fact and cover it up. I 've tried calling HR but Robin had talked to them before I could and HR didn 't care about any of it. The way I was treated at that store was so unethical, unprofessional and wrong, Robin told me to let her know if there were any problems and when I did she fired me in retaliation, she pretended to be my friend until it came time for her to do her job. I wasn 't a disgruntled employee I loved my job very much and I was good at it.This is the only way I was able to tell my side even tho there 's so much more to tell. You don 't want to support a dirty business that unethical and has no moral values.
