What User doesn't like about Ihop:
We were a group of seven at this restaurant and waited 15 minutes for our menus, which my companion had to go and get. We then waited another 10 minutes for our drink order, and after 10 more minutes and several attempts to get our server's attention, we found out that they had run out of certain items. Dreadful experience when entering tables was dirty. No one was there, the coworker just stood around and spoke to friends. all the time is dirty. but it was a bad storm. so we ordered chicken waffeln for me and woman pfannkuchen waffeln for my daughter had a melt. I'm not waiting long. but eating came out and the huh was terrible it looked like huh they got dinosaurs in a child's meal. it was bad after we told the waiter that we were going. his answer was that I don't blame you. to laugh? then he said the manager laughed at the way the huh looked and still served us. never again. soaped
Not the greatest breakfast experience I've ever had. Our server got switched 3 times, 1 of our drinks got messed up. Took a very long time before we got our food, and then when we finally did get the eggs were very bland, had to add salt and pepper and salsa just get some flavor. The most positive part of our experience was our waiter he was very kind and patient, genuinely seemed as frustrated as we were with the circumstances. All in all the only reason I dont mark it at 1 star is because of the very nice waiter (NICHOLAS) who seemed very exhausted and overworked. I wish that gentleman the best of luck cause he has a great work ethic, just hope his coworkers begin to try and do there part so that the servers aren't so overwhelmed with problems.
For the time I spent waiting for my takeout meal I could have gone through the line three times at almost any other fast food place that serves breakfast--at probably half the price. If you want to order from the IHOP menu, definitely recommend using the app or calling ahead.
February 2022. No employee was wearing a mask. No customer was wearing a mask. We were the only ones who had worn one in the restaurant. The food was decent. It was ihop. Our waitress was attentive and kind. It was freezing cold outside and sleeting. If you’re concerned about masking and COVID this is not a place I would recommend then again it is ihop. Overcharged food, under paid workers. But I love the hashbrowns!
