at 15:30 clock collapsed and found out that they have a happy hour of 2-4 clock on Monday-Thursday. all they can eat for $4.19 is a big thing (drink is extra!) the choice was good and if they ask for something they don't have. they will cook it for them and they know it is ready. These include salate, pasta, pizza and dessert. service was also good. View all feedback.
What Dee Hoeger doesn't like about CiCi's Pizza:
Didn't have but 2 pizzas out and they only had a couple pieces of each. Their breadsticks were so greasy they were flimsy and had no structure. The cinnamon rolls were pure cinnamon, bread and sugar and lacked icing. It seems every time my family and I go it gets worse and worse. We're disappointed how much this specific location has gone down hill. This was out favorite pizza place before 2 years ago. View all feedback.
I just had the worst, rudest service st CiCis in Norman Ok! The manager, Tim, totally insulted me when I asked for bigger cups because they gave us kiddie sized cups because their dishwasher is broken. He told me "the customer is NOT always right" and ptoceeded to tell me " you want anything for free"! Excuse me Im not the one working at CiCis!! I don't need anything for free thank you but I do expect good service at restraunt I am paying to eat at. Never again!
It's CiCi's pizza. If you complain because it's not the best pizza, you deserve to eat cardboard for your ignorance. I've never had a bad experience at this location in about 5 or 6 visits to date. Friendly staff, usually full pizza bar and mediocre, kid-friendly pizza at a good price. Want better pizza? Go to a pizza parlor. Want to feed the family for $20? CiCi's it is!
