What Cody Phillips doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Stood in the lobby for 5-10 minutes to PLACE my order, sat in a booth for 5-10, went and stood again at the counter for 5-10 waiting on it. Lady at the counter obviously doesn't want to help people. Manager is just walking by staring at me standing here too. I work in high volume retail, you're not too busy for your in-store customers buddy. I was the only one there. Had a lunch with my sister and the food and service was excellent as usual. We were very happy
Shawn at Carl’s Jr in Norman on 24th avenue gave us great customer service and was very respectful and deserves a raise.

Dr the extra mile to a different one or go to a different store go to freaking Sonic would be better
Food is always good. I was the only person in the dining room. I waited 25 minutes for food. Im.not exaggerating (check picture).
