If I could rate this place, I would give it zero stars. I visited this morning to get a breakfast burrito and found hair in my food. I called and spoke to Patty, who accused me of lying and claimed that none of their staff had that hair color. When I went in to show them that none of their employees were wearing hair nets or gloves, I was shocked. Corporate really needs to address the issues at this location!

The sandwiches are served cold, and they won't even melt the cheese on your burger. The fries were burnt and cold as well. However, they do have consistently good ice cream and groceries, especially the selection of meats.

I believed they accepted Access for shakes and drinks, as they used to in the past.

I had a meeting nearby and stopped by for a quick drink. The place was as clean as the other Braum's locations. It's nice to find a reliable spot like this. Thank you!

The service was excellent, but the hamburgers fell short of expectations. The edges of the buns were soggy, and the pickles and lettuce were tough and chewy. It was during the dinner rush, so they were quite busy. On a positive note, my milkshake was delicious. I would consider returning in the future.
