I've heard that the regular cook has had to leave, so the owners should provide some clarity about the situation.

We recentl... read more My boyfriend and I used to love this restaurant when we lived in Bloomington. We always ordered the sushi bowls, and everything was incredibly fresh. We recently moved back and have attempted to order from here for three consecutive days during their posted hours, but they’ve been closed each time. We’ve checked for any announcements about closures, but haven’t found anything, which has become quite frustrating.

It’s also equipped with... read more The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, although there’s a faint odor of cleaning products that I’m surprised no one has mentioned. It’s also equipped with plenty of outlets, making it a nice place to study or work during lunch breaks. I’d definitely come back and try the yaki soba, but for now, I’m sticking with three stars. Edit: I returned and tried the small grilled shrimp skewer, and it was an excellent value for the price! Just $6 for shrimp? I’m excited to come back and try more!

I'm just upset with me because I didn't check earlier. I almost always have a version of a loaded 3 protein shell when I go and it is always so fresh and amazing. I highly recommend ordering about their website when you perform to take all the topping elements and research them with strange names, so you know exactly what you get. When you arrive, it is always extra clean and the staff is very friendly. 5 stars and I recommend everyone who asks for sushi in the city!

I’m actually only upset with myself for not reviewing earlier. I almost always get a version of a loaded up 3 protein bowl when I go and it’s always so fresh and amazing. I highly recommend ordering through their website if you’re carrying out as to take in all the topping items and research the ones with odd names so you know exactly what you’re getting.
