What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
blt ordered on white. not sure how it could be disgusting, but it was. it was very salty. I also do not understand how their employees think that it is in order to touch gloves after touching their faces and others, without washing their hands. News alert... when they touch gloves with dirty hands, that is, the gloves are not clean. if they touch other things other than food, which means that the gloves are not clean... View all feedback.

There is an 80% chance that they get something wrong with their order. I ordered a crab for 5 weeks and they left something out or brought something into me that I didn't want 4 out of 5 times. I blame the manager for insufficient training. it is a pretty simple problem to fix, but it has continued so that they have lost a customer.

These guys are always friendly and quick. The food is fresh and very good.

The Veggie Delite salad was fresh and crunchy. The Meatball Marinara sub was perfectly toasted. The order was accurate, with chips and cookies included.
The Boss and Black Forest Ham sandwiches were made correctly. The Boss could have been toasted a bit longer, but it was still okay.
The Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich at #20 was awful. I couldn't even finish it. Another diner who ordered the All-American Club at #10 mentioned that the bread seemed undercooked.
I ordered the steak salad and received a chicken salad.
Sandwich was made sloppy with ranch spilled all on the outside of it.

The food is well-prepared, and I've never encountered any issues with the staff not knowing what a dish is. However, it seems like the company doesn’t take great care of its employees, and I hope that improves. The quality of the meats is on the cheaper side, and the sandwiches are relatively pricey, but the coupons they send out are tempting. I suggest they rephrase the promotion from "buy a footlong and get a drink for $5.99" to "buy a footlong and get a drink for free," as the current wording is a bit confusing.
These guys are always friendly and fast. The food is fresh and very good.

Never have any problems and they are really nice.
