The restaurant is in a great location, but unfortunately, it is not very busy. The baristas are doing a great job and working hard. The management should consider hiring more baristas during peak hours to avoid overloading their staff and, most importantly, to improve customer service. View all feedback.
All the employees here are so nice, and the store is super clean. i go out of my way to go to this starbucks
Great Place To Get Coffee, nice employees and great Lattes. They’re Usually Pretty Busy So If Your Rude And Impatient Expecting Them To Move Like Robots, I Won’t Recommend. But If You Know Great Coffee Is Worth A Few Minutes I Highly Recommend This Starbucks Super Friendly Baristas.

My order is always correct and the employees are so nice and wonderful, especially given that most places are understaffed right now. This is my go to Starbucks in Bloomington Normal.
