My visit to Red Robin was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive and friendly! We placed our order and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the food arrived. It was the perfect first time for my son, who had been eager to try their menu. The first time I visited, the burger was terrible, and the sweet potato fries were the only decent part. I gave it a second try, but everything was still disappointing. I ended up paying $15 twice for a soggy, mushy burger. Honestly, I think I’d be happier with a cheap fast food meal than eating here. View all feedback.

Visiting from out of state to bring my daughter to college, we decided to eat at Red Robin, where we've been regulars for years. This visit, however, was by far the worst food experience we've had there. My husband didn’t even finish his burger or fries—how do you mess up Red Robin fries? They tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. My teriyaki chicken was inedible. The sandwich was so messy I tried cutting it with a fork, but it wouldn’t even go through the chicken breast. It had dry, crispy edges but inside it was oddly undercooked with a strange texture and taste. Very disappointing—I’m hoping for better food experiences elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I stopped here to try to eat lunch after her physical therapy. Even though the restaurant was only half full, they were struggling to seat people and get takeout orders out. The hostess was running around the restaurant and rarely at thefront. Even though they had open booths, they said they were at capacity in the main dining room and were no longer seatingpeople in booths. We waited 10 minutes to be seated in the half empty restaurant and then left. I am calling out THE OWNER onthis one and NOT THE STAFF. It is pretty clear you didn?t have enough staff for your restaurant to open but decided to do itanyway. If you can?t operate then higher more staff or shut down for the day, don?t waste everyone?s time when you clearly can?tserve them.
I am a huge fan of Red Robin burgers and usual get a delicious meal. Sadly the truth is the same here as any online order. Do not expect it to be the same standard at all. I get my favorite red royal burger and it was covered in so much mayonnaise myburger patty was white I had mayo on top and bottom bun it?s like they dipped my patty into the mayo jar. I couldn?t even holdit in between the buns it would slide out. Not mention my entire palm was puddled with mayonnaise. Extremely disgusting and Verydisappointed in the quality of the food from this order. I will not be returning to this location since they have no pride atall in the food they send out for not cheap burgers
